Key Learning Objectives for the Retreat
Define healthy school culture and identify one’s role in creating it.
Identify personal strengths to utilize as a leader.
Create an action plan to improve their school.
What To Expect
HIGH-ENERGY
With original music and high-energy facilitators, we encourage students to play, laugh and connect with one another.
ACTIVITIES
Community-building activities designed to break down social barriers help foster stronger relationships among students.
PRESENTATION
Our Retreat Staff share personal stories centered on the value of the day. With humor and heart, they challenge kids to make a difference in their school.
SMALL GROUPS
Students meet in small groups to brainstorm problems they see at their school and ways they can help solve those problems through positive leadership.
SHARING
At the end of the retreat, students have a chance to stand up and share what problem they are stepping up to solve and how they are going to do it.
FOLLOW-UP
After the retreat, our follow-up materials and student evaluations (online only) help extend the impact of the retreat. View follow-up materials.
